I have always loved nature, water, and travel.  My impressionistic and contextual paintings, weavings, collages, handmade paper, and baskets form from the influence of objects, people, or landscapes I see when traveling the U.S. and other countries.  I see the bones, shells, feathers, and fossils that I find as gifts from God and inspiration for my art.  I also see the customs, clothing, art, and cultures as inspiration.  Water is especially my medium, as I love to swim, dive, beachcomb, and boat to both see and feel the healing rythm and soothing relaxation of my body when I am in or near the water.
